Refund and Returns Policy
Self Mastery Outdoor

At Self Mastery Outdoor, we are committed to creating meaningful and well-organized yoga and wellness experiences. Due to the nature of event planning and limited slots, we maintain the following refund policy.
EVENT BOOKING POLICY
- All event registrations must be paid in advance to confirm participation. Your slot is secured only after payment confirmation.
- As our events require advance arrangements including venue booking, instructor scheduling, transport coordination, and logistics planning, cancellations impact overall planning.
REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the event date to be eligible for a refund.
- Only 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Participants may request to transfer their booking to another upcoming event (subject to availability).
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the event.
- Approval is at the discretion of Self Mastery Outdoor.
EVENT CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZER
- In rare circumstances where an event must be cancelled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Minimum participation not met
- Unforeseen circumstances
Participants will be offered either:
Full credit for a future event, or A refund as per management decision.
HEALTH & PARTICIPATION RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to join yoga, hiking, ice bath, or wellness activities.
Self Mastery Outdoor is not liable for:
- Personal injuries
- Health complications arising during or after the event
- Lost personal belongings
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following are non-refundable:
- Transportation arrangements once confirmed
- Special retreat bookings
- Customized private sessions
- Third-party service charges
