Am I fit enough to join?
Yes.
All our activities are adaptive. Each experience clearly specifies the difficulty level so you can choose what feels right for you.
You do not need to be “fit enough.” You simply need to be willing to show up.
Growth happens progressively — and we meet you where you are.
I’ve never done yoga before. Is that okay?
Absolutely.
You do not need experience to practice yoga with us.
The only skill required is the willingness to be present for one hour. And if being present feels difficult, that’s exactly why you should come.
We practice presence together. That is the training.
I’ve never hiked before. Can I still join?
Yes.
Many of our members start with little or no hiking experience.
We provide clear descriptions of terrain and difficulty, and we guide the group responsibly. You move at your pace. This is not a competition — it’s a collective journey.
I’m not very fit. Will I slow everyone down?
No.
Our community is built on encouragement, not performance.
We move together. We respect different rhythms. What matters is participation, not speed.
What type of shoes should I wear?
For hikes, we recommend comfortable sports shoes or hiking shoes with good grip.
For yoga sessions, barefoot is perfect.
If you’re unsure about a specific event, feel free to ask — we’re happy to guide you.
I don’t speak English well. I feel shy.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Dubai is beautifully diverse — cultures, languages, beliefs, backgrounds.
Our community reflects that diversity. We are not expecting anyone to be fluent in English.
From the first moment, you will feel included. That is not marketing — it is how we operate.
I don’t like being photographed.
That’s completely okay.
We always respect personal boundaries. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, simply let us know before the event.
