All our activities are adaptive. Each experience clearly specifies the difficulty level so you can choose what feels right for you.

You do not need to be “fit enough.” You simply need to be willing to show up.

You do not need experience to practice yoga with us.

The only skill required is the willingness to be present for one hour. And if being present feels difficult, that’s exactly why you should come.

Many of our members start with little or no hiking experience.

We provide clear descriptions of terrain and difficulty, and we guide the group responsibly. You move at your pace. This is not a competition. It’s a collective journey.

We move together. We respect different rhythms. What matters is participation, not speed.

For hikes, we recommend comfortable sports shoes or hiking shoes with good grip.

For yoga sessions, barefoot is perfect.
